Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using the ph68 platform. By creating an account or continuing to use ph68, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
21+ Age Requirement
ph68 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Underage access is prohibited and accounts will be terminated upon discovery.
Philippines Jurisdiction
ph68 operates under PAGCOR regulations. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Bonus Wagering Rules
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Read Section 5 carefully before claiming any promotional offer at ph68.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one ph68 account. Duplicate accounts may result in forfeiture of funds and permanent suspension.

1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph68 ("ph68," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the ph68 online gaming platform available at ph68.one (the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the ph68 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or continue to use the ph68 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2 Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain a ph68 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age. ph68 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21 in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
- You are a natural person. Corporate accounts or accounts held on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of ph68 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
- You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or banned from ph68 or any other gaming platform operating under PAGCOR regulation.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
ph68 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending investigation.
3 Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration
Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) ph68 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — are strictly prohibited. ph68 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations, and any such accounts will be closed with balances forfeited.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. ph68 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your ph68 account credentials with any third party. ph68 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
You agree to notify ph68 immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized use of your account. ph68 may suspend your account as a precautionary measure pending investigation of a reported security incident.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)
As part of its PAGCOR compliance obligations, ph68 conducts identity verification on all accounts. You agree to cooperate fully with ph68's KYC procedures, which may include submitting a government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address, and where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. ph68 will not process withdrawal requests on accounts that have not completed KYC verification.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions
4.1 Deposits
ph68 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account. All deposits are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
ph68 does not accept deposits made using funds obtained through illegal means. By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds belong to you and were obtained through lawful activity.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. ph68 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating conditions, while bank transfers may take up to two (2) business hours.
ph68 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests where there is a compliance obligation to do so, or where unusual account activity has been detected.
4.3 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ph68 may apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances in accordance with its inactive account policy, details of which are available from the support team.
5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
ph68 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Different game types contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements; specific contribution percentages are set out in each promotion's terms and conditions.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
ph68 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain the same bonus; participating in coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; or any other conduct that ph68, in its reasonable discretion, considers to be an abuse of its promotional offers.
5.3 Expiry
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and free bets credited to a ph68 account will expire thirty (30) days from the date of crediting if wagering requirements have not been satisfied. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use
All games available on ph68 use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer mechanics that have been independently audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined by the certified software or live dealer process and are not subject to manipulation by ph68 or by the player.
In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction, or connectivity failure during gameplay, ph68's records of the game outcome shall be the definitive and binding record. ph68 shall not be liable for losses incurred due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
Players are expected to use the Platform in good faith. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
7 Prohibited Conduct and Anti-Fraud Measures
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct when using ph68:
- Registering more than one account or assisting others to register duplicate accounts;
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account use;
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or the processing of proceeds of crime;
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorization;
- Colluding with other players, or engaging in chip dumping in live dealer games;
- Using any automated device, software, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the ph68 Platform;
- Making chargebacks through a payment provider in bad faith.
ph68 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where there is reasonable suspicion of criminal activity, ph68 is obligated to report such activity to relevant authorities, including but not limited to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
8 Responsible Gaming
ph68 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible from your account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. ph68 strongly encourages all players to make use of these tools if they feel that their gaming activity is becoming difficult to control.
Self-exclusion requests will be actioned promptly and, once active, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen by the player. During a self-exclusion period, ph68 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent access to the account.

9 Intellectual Property
All content on the ph68 Platform, including but not limited to the ph68 brand name, logo, game graphics, interface design, software, text, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of ph68 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the ph68 Platform without prior written consent from ph68.
10 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
The ph68 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph68 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
ph68 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption, even if ph68 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ph68's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their ph68 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph68's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11 Account Suspension and Termination
ph68 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements;
- Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity;
- Failure to comply with KYC or AML documentation requests;
- Direction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction.
Upon termination, ph68 will return any undisputed real-money balance to the player's verified payment method, after deducting any applicable fees, forfeited bonuses, and amounts subject to investigation. ph68 shall have no obligation to return funds where termination results from the player's breach of these Terms.
Players may request voluntary account closure by contacting ph68 support. Accounts subject to a self-exclusion period or ongoing investigation may not be closed until the exclusion period has elapsed or the investigation is resolved.
12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and ph68, you agree to first contact ph68 support and attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, and both parties agree to submit to such jurisdiction.
For complaints regarding ph68's compliance with PAGCOR regulations, players may also escalate disputes to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
13 Amendments to These Terms
ph68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the ph68 Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable. Minor corrections or clarifications may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the ph68 Platform after any changes to the Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
